Shipping policy

Orders will be sent no later than 3 business days after ordering. The amount of time before the package is received is between 4-10 days. 

We are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages. You must contact the mail carrier with any issues during the shipping process. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact USPS support. Please use the link https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Local Pick Up/Delivery

Time and location of pickup/delivery must be agreed on within 48 hours. Orders must be picked up/delivered within 4 days from the time of original purchase. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled order.
