Refund Policy

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds unless there is a damage on the product or a shipping mistake on our behalf. In those occasions, please contact bonitalinksjewelry@gmail.com. We will need photos of the damage or the orders mistake in order to accept and proceed. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for a return shipping unless it is a mistake on our end we will cover the cost. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once your package is received you have 7 days to contact us if there is a defect or a mistake on our part. Unfortunately, once the 7 days have passed we cannot guarantee anything.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
